Meet Your Makers won an important match against WeMade FOX, which most likely will decide who will make it to the playoffs – We speak with Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov about the matches played so far and about his ninja-defuse against the South Koreans.

When we asked the Russian veteran about the importance of the victory against WeMade FOX, he confessed it would most likely be the deciding match for them.

"I think that game was the deciding match for us. I expect it to be between WeMade FOX and us, who will make it to the playoffs, as I doubt TitaNs will get a single point in the group. So it was an important win."

Quizzed about his ninja-defuse against the South Koreans, Bogdanov laughed and replied:

"Haha. It feels great, it was my first ninja defuse in my career. When I was defusing I accidently pulled out the knife, but I had enough time so it was fine and it is just great."

Bogdanov expects the match against Frag eXecutors on de_nuke to be one of the toughest for MYM in this tournament, alongside the match against fnatic on de_train.

"I think it will be one of the hardest matches for us, including the one against fnatic. Frag eXecutors are really good on "darker"-maps, while I think we would have better chances against them on "brighter"-maps. Still I think we can show some damage and a draw would be a nice result."

Asked what when wrong against TyLoo, who won with a big margin against MYM, the ex-UNiTED member said:

"The match against TyLoo, was a really stupid game from our side. It all went wrong, they were pushing us every position and we just couldn’t do anything about it. It was their game and obviously not ours."

Bogdanov states that it is their goal to avoid fnatic in the semi-final, which means they will have to place second of third.

"Second or third place is our goal, so we will not face fnatic in the semi-final, but still to qualify for the playoffs is a good thing for any team."

Bogdanov is enjoying his first visit in South Korea and would like to have some better PC's as they keep crashing during the matches.

"It feels really great to attend such a cool event, there is a lot of people who take care of us, so we won’t have any problems at all. The food here is really nice, the PC’s could be better, but overall it is okay. We all really like Seoul and it is the first time for us all to visit and the country is very nice."

MYM will be playing versus Frag eXecutors on de_nuke at approximately 09:00CET and will play the last game of the group stage against fnatic on de_train at around 10:00CET.
